Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
Yes, free delivery is available for orders over $50 within the US. For orders under $50, we charge accordingly.
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We stand behind the quality of our partner brands, ensuring that each item sold on our website is crafted with true regard for a natural and organic lifestyle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy lasts for 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Some goods cannot be returned, including perishable foods and certain health and personal care items. We do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or custom-made orders for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply for packages returned through no fault of our own.
Regular-priced items may be refunded, but sale items are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
