2. Shipping & Processing
- How long until my order ships? Quality curation takes time. All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking link as soon as your protocol is on its way.
- How are shipping rates calculated? Shipping charges are calculated in real-time and displayed clearly at checkout based on your location.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy? We stand by the quality of our partner brands. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns on unused, original-packaged items within 30 days of purchase.
- Are there non-returnable items? For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care items, custom orders, or sale items.
- Is there a restocking fee? A 20% restocking fee applies to returns that are not the result of a fulfillment error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
